Surya Shakti Vessels, our flagship company was established in 2001 for the manufacture of LPG Cylinders . SSVPL is one of the largest Cylinder manufacturing companies in India and supplies cylinders to all the three fortune 500 public Sector LPG Marketing companies i.e Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Hindustan Petroleum CorporationLtd & Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and also to the
majority of LPG Marketing companies in private sector all over India . It also exports cylinders to various countries in Asia,Africa , Mena , Latin America and has the experience of manufacturing over Five million lpg cylinders of different sizes till date . At present the installed manufacturing capacity of the company is around Two Million Cylinders per year. SSVPL is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified Company and is approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation for DOT Standards and Bureau Veritas to manufacture Cylinders as per TPED guidelines. It also manufactures Cylinders as per customer design specifications, code specifications and quality standards.
SSVPL has also been engaged into the manufacturing of Valves for LPG Cylinders and other applications since 2004 under various national and international standards. The firm is engaged into manufacturing of various types of Cryogenic & Non Cryogenic Pressure Vessels, Mobile & StoragePressure Vessels,Air receivers, Diesel & Petrol Tanks, setting up of blending cum bottling plants and a wide range of LPG bottling related machines/equipments.. The Pressure vessels are manufactured under PESO approval following SMPV rules 2016,IS 2825 ASME SEC-VIIIDiv. 1 & 2PD 5500.EN 13445.

The Company started as an independent LPG cylinder manufacturing unit in 2016 to augment groups manufacturing capacity as well as manufacture other diversified products.Presently company is manufacturing 990 ltr gas Cylinder ideal for bulk consumers having high consumption but with the constraint of less space for storage, and also Lightweight Cylinders made from High Tensile steel.

Bottling & Projects:
The division has been successfully running an LPG blending cum Bottling plant under the brand name “ GILDAN”. It caters to the needs of Bulk LPG Cylinder Customers like industries,Hotels,Canteens, Hospitals etc.The company is also engaged in installation of lpg bottling plant, Auto LPG Dispensing Stations ,Degassing & Testing of Bulk LPG Tanks and trading of LPG in Bulk & Retail.
